Understanding RBA and the Outcomes Focused Framework
October 24 @ 8:45 am - 4:00 pm
Are you familiar with Results Based Accountability™ (RBA)? Do you understand what it means and how it works?
This workshop has been specifically designed for all workers who need to get their head around RBA, and the impact it will have if their organisation implements the RBA framework. Results Based Accountability™, or RBA , is a quality improvement, outcomes focused evaluation framework that enables organisations to measure outcomes at both an organisational level and at community/population level.
It is used by many organisations throughout Australia, US and UK to create measurable change in people’s lives, communities and organizations.
Who should attend this workshop?
All workers employed by a TEI FACS funded service.
Beth has been working in the Community Sector since 2001. She has worked in child protection, homelessness and child and family services in the US, UK and Australia, representing service providers and peak body associations. Beth has a strong passion for social justice, true community engagement and getting from talk to action. She believes that we can achieve more together, by owning our organisational contribution and never losing sight of the outcomes and the change we want to see.
For the past 8 years, Beth has been working with small, medium and large organisations to use the Results Based Accountability framework, enabling orgnaisations to clearly communicate their organizational strategy into measureable outcomes, identify partners, measure outcomes and their contribution and use data to embed a quality improvement culture across their organization. Her passion for this work extends beyond training. In addition to training, she works alongside organisations as they implement and embed an outcomes culture across their organisation.
Beth has a Bachelor of Communication and a MA in International Social Work. She is a qualified RBA and Clear Impact Scorecard facilitator and has completed the Public Innovation Lab for Community Engagement with the Harwood Institute.
