How often have you been in a situation at work where you needed to understand someone else’s behaviour, respond to a person’s distress or help with a problem but felt you didn’t have the knowledge or know-how?
Counselling 101 is a 2 day theory and practice workshop designed for those who, without any formal training, often find themselves in this dilemma. We’ll cover relevant counselling and philosophical ideas, together with current research in the field of neurobiology and provide you with information and strategies to help increase your confidence and skills in ‘on the spot’ counselling situations.
Who should attend this workshop?
