Terms and Conditions for Registering On-Line

Offering accessible quality training is important to FWT+DP and we will continue our efforts to keep the cost of training as low as we can. We seek your support in keeping training affordable by agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions of Registering

1. Registrations:
I. Registrations MUST be made online at www.fwtdp.org.au. Go to the Register online button. However, if you are unable to register online please contact FWT+DP on T: (02)9620 6172.
II. All registrations are required 2 weeks prior to an event to secure your place. Registrations received within two (2) weeks of the Event date will be accepted at FWT+DP’s discretion dependent upon availability.
III. You will receive an automatic confirmation email upon registering.
IV. If the event is full you will receive an email placing you on a waiting list.
V. The registered participant is liable to meet all registration costs/fees. It is your responsibility to ensure your organisation process all payments.
VI. A maximum of four (4) workers per organisation will be accepted. Other workers will be wait listed.
2. Payments
I. Online: at registration by credit card through PayPal. After Registration Completed: by direct debit, by posting a money order or cheque OR by credit card on the phone (02)9620 6172
II. Your registration confirmation email is a tax invoice and can be used to submit to your finance department.
III. All direct debit payments must be accompanied by your name and the workshop code. Payments which are mailed must include a copy of the registration email. Unidentified payments cannot be correctly allocated.
IV. If payment is not received 7 days prior to the workshop we will issue you an invoice and this invoice will incur a $11 admin fee.
V. NO payments will be accepted at Events.
VI. Failure to pay registration fees may affect your ability to attend future Family Worker Training + Development Programme Events.
3. Cancellation of an Event
I. All cancellations of attendance to events MUST be received in writing two (2) weeks prior to the event.
II. Cancellation that occurs two (2) weeks prior to an Event will not be liable for the registration fee.
III. Cancellation that occurs within two (2) weeks of the Event WILL be liable for the registration fee. Short notice or special circumstances may be considered at FWT+DP discretion.
IV. If an Event is cancelled by FWT+DP you will be offered a credit note or refunded the registration fee.
4. Photography and videoing may occur at some FWT+DP training events. If you do NOT want to photographed/videoed please tell the organiser on the day.
5. Agreement of these Terms & Conditions is deemed accepted upon registration for an Event.
